Returns & Exchanges
At Bedside Manor Ltd, we pride ourselves in carrying high-quality products in our stores and online. We stand behind the relationships we have formed with our vendors for over 30 years and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something does not work out, we are here to help and come to a resolution together.
Our customers are our number one priority at Bedside Manor Ltd and we hope that you are satisfied with your beautiful purchases. We do understand at times merchandise may not work out, so we are happy to return or exchange most merchandise within 10 business days of receipt of purchase. Note: this policy is for online sales only and is not applicable to merchandise purchased within our stores.
All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less shipping. Any taxes that were charged on the original order will be refunded according to the product and state law.
To return items, please contact [email protected] to receive a return authorization number. Once the return is approved, please ship merchandise in original packaging back to the address below. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Bedside Manor Ltd does not accept returns on the following items: Down products, mattresses, custom upholstery, custom orders, and final sale items.
We understand at times the incorrect size, color, or style is ordered. We do accept exchange of items within 10 days of receipt of order. Please contact [email protected] for instructions and authorization number. Additional payment may be required of exchanged goods prior to exchange shipping.
Custom orders are produced specifically for you and are final sale. Custom orders include: fabric yardage, wallpaper, monogramming, and upholstered furniture.
Down & Mattresses
While we accept returns for most of our product that is unused within 10 business days, all down products and mattresses are final sale.
