Shipping Lead Time
All shipping lead time is located on each of the product pages on www.shopbedside.com. Please note that these are estimated lead times and may have a longer wait due to production by the manufacturer. Once an order is placed, we will contact you with the estimated date for shipping. At certain times, an item may be sold out or experience a longer lead time. In this case, we will contact you right away to resolve the issue. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. If the product is in stock, it will ship within 2-3 business days and can take up to 7 business days to be delivered via ground shipping. We do require a street address or rural route number on the order. We are not able to ship to a PO Box.
Orders over $100, excluding certain furniture and lamps, will ship via ground for FREE. This is not valid in Bedside Manor stores.
Certain furniture orders require White Glove Delivery which will incur an additional fee for inside delivery service. If you are purchasing furniture, you will be asked to fill out a form so we can schedule accordingly. It is important that the customer inspects all furniture when it arrives via White Glove Delivery, as a signature of acceptance is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive product that is damaged or incorrect, please inform customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the goods in order to resolve the issue.
Sales Tax of 9.25% will be added to all Illinois orders. All out of state orders are subject to that state’s required sales tax when applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
At Bedside Manor Ltd, we hope you enjoy the product that you ordered. If something does not work out, we do allow returns within the outlined guidelines.
